1. What personal information about you do we collect and how do we use the information we collect?

Travis Heat & Air collects some personal information about you when you fill out a Contact Form. Certain information is necessary to provide you with the optimum level of service and thus we require that you provide such information on the Contact Form. However, the Contact Form also asks several optional questions which you may, but are not required to, answer. In addition to the Contact Form, we may ask you for personal information at other times, including, but not limited to, when you access other services sponsored by Travis Heat & Air.

In addition, if you choose to correspond with us through email, Travis Heat & Air may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our response.
